Profuse apologies but a public meeting being organised by Heritage Newham – People, Places, Progress for tomorrow has had to be postponed.
The meeting was due to take place at the Terence Brown Arc In The Park, in Hermit Road, Canning Town, tomorrow, Thursday January 23, from 5pm.
But due to illness, the meeting has had to be postponed.
A new date will hopefully be announced soon.
Several speakers had been lined up to talk about new projects being considered to help us preserve the history and heritage of our borough.
And when it is re-arranged, there will also a chance for you to help shape the future of the group.
Our group, was formed four years ago by those with an interest in Newham’s rich heritage and history.
